Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have not been re-strung or used on court.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
